Hermos Leader Rules

1. I have to approve
2.he/she has to be a good duelist
3.he/she must follow rules
4.he/she must have respect
5.he/she must not spam
6.he/she has to take care of his teammates(hermos)
7.he/she must always welcome his teamamtes gladly to the dorm...
8.he/she must want to have this positon as leader
9.he/she must respect others
10.he/she must be active at least once or twice a day...if not u will be removed
11.you must assist any hermos that have problems or questions
12.must test any person in HAM or DMU server or msn or whatever...cuz leaders can test ppl who need test

Well how about I become the new Hermos Leader here.
I'm the only Hermos here.
